The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of qualified Consultants to establish one (1) or more fixed fee, open-ended contracts for Building Condition Evaluations services in support of the Countyรขยยs Capital Improvement Program requirements on an as needed basis. The number of contracts will depend on the number and quality of the proposals received with a maximum of three (3) contract awards.
