PSPC requires the services of a Commercial Roofing Contractor for the following scope of work: Removal and replacement of approximately 1326 m2 of existing roofing systems and replacement with new two-ply modified bituminous roofing. Replacement fasteners and sealants at existing metal roof surfaces Note: The disconnect/reconnect of all rooftop equipment including: Electric/electronic devices, rooftop mechanical units, electrical conduit, unattached equipment, and lightning protection will be by GoCโs own forces and will be coordinated with the Roofing Contractorโs work..
