Request for Proposal Documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system:E-Procurement Ref. No:  MITCI/IFB/2025/5093.  Proposalsmust be submitted online on the eProcurement System as perKey Activity Schedule.4.  Proposals received will be opened online in the presence of the Consultants’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder as per Key Activity Schedule:Ministry of Information Technology,Communication and InnovationLevel 7, SICOM Tower,Wall Street,EBENE6. TheMinistry of Information Technology, Communication and Innovationreserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process and reject all proposals at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
