This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced proponents to provide Enterprise Resource planning (ERP) managed support and maintenance services for SIGA’s Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system.
The goal of this engagement is to provide operational support and maintenance for the ERP system and to ensure continuity, stability, and reliable performance across key Oracle applications, including Enterprise Resource Planning, Human Capital Management (HCM), etc.The selected proponent will provide comprehensive support and maintenance services for the ERP system to enhance system functionality, ensure that the Oracle Fusion platform functions optimally, resolve issues that arise in a timely and effective manner while improving overall business efficiency. The proponent will be expected to support and improve these applications through structured processes, clear communication, and reliable service delivery.SIGA would be looking to retain the successful proponent for a period of two (2) years with three (3) annual renewal options.
SIGA is seeking a qualified and reliable proponent to establish a collaborative partnership for the delivery of comprehensive support and maintenance services across all Oracle Cloud modules within SIGA’s ERP system. The successful proponent will be responsible for ensuring sustained system performance, timely resolution of incidents and issues, and the enhancement of system functionality to align with SIGA’s evolving business requirements. The engagement will require a proactive service delivery approach focused on continuous improvement, operational stability, and high levels of end‑user satisfaction. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS All proposals must meet all of the Mandatory Requirements specified in the attached RFP document: 1. Signed RFP Submission Form (see Appendix “1” of attached RFP document), must be submitted. 2. Pricing Schedule and Wage Rate Table Form (see Appendix “2” of attached RFP document), must be submitted. 3. Proponents responding to this RFP must have and maintain a registered home office in Canada and demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience providing managed support and maintenance services within Canada. This experience must include demonstrated technical expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud. In addition, proponents must have at least five (5) years of experience supporting and implementing integrations in a Canadian environment with external systems such as banking, group insurance, pension, and time punch, etc. including the design and implementation of new integrations.
