Im Rahmen der geplanten dezentralen Reorganisation der Kantonsschule Solothurn sind an den Standorten «Herrenweg» und «Obere Sternengasse» die erforderlichen Sanierungs- und Umbaumassnahmen auf der Grundlage eines standortübergreifenden Gesamtkonzepts zustandsorientiert zu planen und umzusetzen. Zu diesem Zweck wird ein Generalplanerteam für die Gesamtkoordination sowie die Führung und Erbringung sämtlicher Planerleistungen der SIA-Phasen 31–53 einschliesslich der Bauleitung gesucht, welche für die in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen beschriebenen Umbau- und Sanierungsmassnahmen notwendig sind. Die Grundleistungen richten sich nach den Ordnungen SIA 102/2020, 103/2020, 105/2020 und 108/2020 sowie den Präzisierungen zu den Grundleistungen gemäss Vertragsurkunde (Entwurf) des Hochbauamtes.
