Victoria Park Pump Station Water Main Cut In and Pipe Install
Description
Background
The elevated Water Supply customers across East Tamworth are fed from the Oxley Park Reservoir, which is in turn fed from a Water Pumping Station adjacent to the Victoria Park Reservoirs. The Pumping Station has a robust duty/standby arrangement, but the Rising Main to the Oxley Park Reservoir is seen as a high risk single point of failure for the system. This main also doubles as supply main from Oxley Park Reservoir to the consumers.
