В рамките на дейността трябва да се осигури обучение за повишаване на квалификацията на служителите на АУЕР. Обучението следва да бъде проведено от квалифицирани лектори под формата на семинар. Изисква се да бъдат проведени две обучения. Продължителност на едно обучение - три дни /два дни целодневно обучение и трети ден полудневно/. В обучението ще вземат участие не по-малко от 15 лица или общо за двете обучения – 30 лица.
