Deze studieopdracht heeft betrekking op een tweeledig renovatieproject van het kantoorgebouw gelegen in de Diestsepoort 6 te Leuven, oftewel het Dirk Boutsgebouw (VAC Leuven of VACL). Het kantoorgebouw dient tijdens en na de renovatie verschillende entiteiten van de Vlaamse overheid te huisvesten. Er zal eveneens 1 entiteit moeten geïntroduceerd worden in het VAC Leuven, die nu nog op een andere locatie gehuisvest is.
