Opdrachtgever: Dienst Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid Noardwest Fryslân
De Dienst Noardwest Fryslan is op zoek naar een accountant die hen bijstaat in de
controlerende functie. Tussentijds rapporteert de accountant De Dienst via een
managementletter/separate boardletter. Aan het einde van deze controle moet een
controleverklaring worden opgeleverd waarin de accountant een oordeel geeft over
de getrouwheid van de verantwoording. Daarnaast brengt de accountant een
accountantsrapport uit met daarin onder andere de belangrijkste bevindingen. Onder
accountantsdiensten worden de volgende werkzaamheden verstaan: 1.
Certificerende functie, waaronder: 1a) Interim-controle (in voorbereiding op de
jaarrekeningcontrole); 1b) Jaarrekeningcontrole; 1c) SISA* verantwoording. 2.
Natuurlijke adviesfunctie; 3. De ondersteunende functie.
