Description
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is Part 1 of a two‑stage procurement process intended to identify and rank qualified providers of General Engineering Services for the City of Lacombe.
Based on the evaluation of submissions to this RFQ, the City intends to shortlist up to three (3) qualified proponents who will be invited to participate in Part 2 – a Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP may result in the award of:
• A three‑year general engineering services agreement (with the option of a three-year extension);
and
• Professional services contracts for specific project work outlined in the RFP.
