24-Apr-2026 The Government of Sierra Leone has received financing from the African Development Fund hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Mano River Union Road Development and Transport Facilitation Programme Phase III, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Integrated support Work (Construction of Mortuary, Nurse Quarter and Market in Kailahun, Buedu and Koindu respectively ) in Sierra Leone .For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Bankโs Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing.โ https://www.afdb.org/sites/default/files/documents/project-related-procurement/spn_0.pdf
