Requested Services: Implementation of the technical support component of the above-mentioned project, with a view to reducing risk profiles and improving creditworthiness; inter alia, this involves conducting a diagnostic analysis of the strengths, weaknesses and gaps of the electricity utility EPCG, designing a transformation roadmap and a decarbonization and business strategy as well as implementing priority transformation and capacity-building measures along with reporting and coordination tasks
