Design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of a process air supply and distribution system for a compost facility
Description
Enviro Grind specialises in the reprocessing of waste residues that would otherwise be sent to landfill. The company has extensive experience in processing organic residues, including wood waste, gypsum waste, and organic bio-wastes such as food waste, garden and park waste, and fish waste. Enviro Grind also has significant expertise in the development of high-value, peat-free products. Enviro Grind is a member of the consortium delivering The REGENERATE Project (REcyclinG phosphatEs and NitrogEn fRom AgriculTural rEsidues). Funded under The Shared Island Bioeconomy Demonstration Initiative, REGENERATE aims to demonstrate a scalable, circular, agricultural model that optimally harnesses and separates local agricultural residues from digestate to maximize the value derived from these nutrients. The Contracting Authority is seeking tenders for the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of a process air supply and distribution system (โthe Systemโ) to support the production of a peat-free composted growing media product. The System must provide controlled airflow to maintain aerobic composting, ensure stabilisation of organic material, and operate reliably in a high-humidity, corrosive environment.
