GeoPanel Refresh: Category 3 and Sub-category 4B
Description
The Commonwealth of Australia represented by the Department of Defence is seeking to extend its current capabilities for GeoPanel Category 3 - Data Production, Data Translation and Map Production. It is also seeking to extend current capabilities for GeoPanel Sub-category 4B by expanding Category 4B to incorporate Hydrographic, Oceanographic, Meteorological and Maritime GEOINT Data and Products.Existing GeoPanel Contractors who are already approved in relation to either or both Category 3 Data Production, Data Translation and Map Production or Sub-category 4B Hydrographic, Oceanographic, Meteorological and Maritime GEOINT Data and Products do not need to provide a response to this RFT.
Conditions for Participation:
The Commonwealth will exclude a response from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that:โข For Category 3C only, the Tenderer has not submitted, by the Closing Time,ย sample data in accordance with the requirements of COT Annex C clause 3.4;โข The Tenderer does not exist as a legal entity at the Closing Time;โข The Tenderer is named as non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) (WGE Act), where the Tenderer is a relevant employer for the purposes of the WGE Act (clause 1.7); andโข The Tenderer does not hold a valid and satisfactory Statement of Tax Record, or a tax receipt issued by the ATO at the Closing Time (refer to clause 1.11).
