The Reserve Bank of Australia ABN 50 008 559 486 (the Bank) invites Proposals for the provision of data on international banks and non-financial corporations, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP).
Conditions for Participation:
The Respondent lodges the Response, including all RFP Schedules, on or before the Closing Time.The Respondent exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time.The Proposal must include a completed and signed Response Deed.The Respondent declares it does not have any unpaid claims in respect of judicial decisions relating to employee entitlements.The Respondent must not be listed as a non-compliant employer under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).The Respondent is not one of the entities listed as terrorists or subject to sanctions.The Respondent is not precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work at closing time.
