⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : OODACHI Hiroaki, Commander, 7th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Light Oil, (Tax, Exemption), Quantity June (Kanmon Area) About 125,000L
⑷ Delivery period : From 1 June 2026 through 30 June 2026
⑸ Delivery place : Kanmon Port Area
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedurs ; Supplier eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ;
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause :
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting :
③ have Grade A to D of "Selling" in Kyusyu・Okinawa・Chugoku area in terms of the qualifications for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2025・2026・2027
④ have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Petroleum Stockpiling Law (Law No.55 of 2001), to initiate business of selling Petroleum Products.
⑤ The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑺ Time limit for tender ; 17 : 00, 22 May 2026
⑻ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Procuring system
