This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Bidders to provide Bids for the provision of Main Electrical Service and Emergency Power Generator Replacement at the Prince Albert Provincial Correctional Centre, in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, as further described in the Rated Criteria (Appendix A).The work consists of removal and replacement of existing main electrical service and existing emergency generator at the Prince Albert Provincial Correctional Centre, as per drawings and specifications prepared by ALFA Engineering Ltd.Drawings and Technical Specifications will be made available to interested Bidders who submit a request via Messages in the Government Enterprise Management online portal (GEM). Prior to the release of the Drawings and Technical Specifications, Bidders are required to sign and submit the Confidentiality Agreement, available in Appendix K, as an attachment via Messages in GEM. Arrangements for the distribution of these documents will be coordinated with each interested party upon receipt of a request via Messages in GEM. Printed copies will not be provided.
