Description
The aim of the procurement is to engage a tenderer who will be responsible for the services that shall be provided in contract 2022 Internal works and outdoor buildings MNO. The main elements of the assignment are a turnkey contractor for planning, engineering design services for and construction of all internal structural works, plumbing installations, air treatment installations and electric power installations for the buildings M, N and O, as well as the accompanying outdoor work. In addition there will be reception of equipment, assembly, cabling, progress coordination, etc. for a number of joint contracts, in order to achieve a complete hospital. The work shall be carried out in close cooperation with the Builder.The procurement initially includes an interaction phase as a continuation and optimisation of the delivered preliminary project with subsequent project development and changes. A complete contract basis shall be prepared in the interaction phase with the accompanying binding tenders as a starting point for continuing the contract to the execution phase. The procurement only applies to the turnkey contractor. First in the collaboration phase, the Builder and turnkey contractor in a joint partnership shall procure central sub-contractors, consultants and architects.
