Provision of a Financial and Procurement Management System
Description
SDCP requires the Financial and Procurement Management System Services to be provided on a full end-to-end manged basis by the successful tenderer. The services required include: • Provision of a fully functional Financial and Procurement Management System, i.e. application • Provision of a managed hosting service • Provision of end-to-end managed support services • Provision of implementation, migration and project management support services • Provision of a Business Intelligence capability • Provision of related services, e.g. consultancy, advice, etc. SDCP requires a single solution to provide the functionality outlined in the section below. This system should be a SaaS hosted solution and include both the licensing and hosting required for the system to operate effectively. A full list of mandatory requirements is outlined in 3.2. In addition, SDCP requires the selected service provider to deliver the necessary implementation services to provide a working solution plus ongoing support post go-live of the final deliverable.
