Provision of Grounds Maintenance Services for DPI’s Toowoomba Facility
Description
The Department of Primary Industries (DPI), through the Agriculture business group, seeks the provision of grounds maintenance services for the DPI Toowoomba Facility (203 Tor Street, Toowoomba) for a term of two (2) years. The Tor Street Facility is 8.7-hectares providing office accommodation, storage, laboratory and trial crop facilities for several hundred Departmental and other state government agency staff. This activity seeks to appoint one (1) supplier to complete the following ground maintenance tasks: Lawn Mowing Hedges, Shrubs & Edge Trimming Weed Control Green Waste Removal Refuse Collection Mulch, Planting & Seeding Roads, Kerbs & Stormwater Pit Clearing Irrigation of Plants & Garden Beds Trimming of Established Trees Hardstand & Pathways Pressure Cleaning The complete contract requirements are specified in Schedule 1 of the attached ‘Contract Details’.
