The United Nations Procurement Division/GPSS in Entebbe on behalf of The United Nations Office in Central Africa (UNOCA), hereby invites qualified suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest for the the provision of maintenance, repair services, body work and spare parts for multi-brand vehicles and on an “as and when required” basis, to the UNOCA in Libreville, Gabon.
Prospective contractors shall provide evidence of professional and quality certifications held by the company as outlined below:
1. Mechanical Certification: Valid certification from accredited/recognized institutions demonstrating mechanical expertise
2. Apprenticeship Certification: Valid certification verifying completion of recognized apprenticeship
3. Vehicle Manufacturer Training: Certificates of completion for manufacturer-specific technical or service training.
4. Spare Parts Manufacturer Training: Evidence of formal training on manufacturer specific spare parts.
5. Diagnostics Training: Certificates for training in diagnostic tools, procedures, and systems.
6. Service Experience: Details of past or ongoing service contracts, including a minimum of two references, demonstrating relevant experience and quality of service.
7. Proof of Insurance (comprehensive third-party insurance) from fire, theft, vandalism etc..

As you express interest in the planned solicitation by submitting the response form, please verify and ensure that your company is registered under its full legal name with the UN Secretariat on the United Nations Global Marketplace (www.ungm.org).
In addition, the desired Companies MUST have a minimum of 3 years working experience in similar services and magnitude.

Note that companies that have previously submitted EOI for similar services with UN must re-submit full documentation as detailed above ONLY vendors that meet the above requirements are encouraged to express interest.
The detailed Specifications will be provided to suppliers that express interest in response to this REOI.

Electronic response as guided below to this EOI is preferred.
5.Please note that this request for expression of interest is not an invitation to submit a bid and submission of EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of solicitation documents.
The UN reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the deadline.
