Public opinion survey on the perception of risks related to illegal possession, misuse and trafficking in weapons, ammunition and explosives in Ukraine
Description
The sociological research envisages:
Running representative social survey (Task 1) to reveal changes in awareness of the Ukrainian public of issues related to illicit possession, misuse of and illicit trade in WAE. Two (2) focus group studies (Task 2) to explore perceptions of WAE circulation in Ukraine, discuss methods to combat illicit weapons, and identify key messages and communication channels, guided by a pre-approved discussion plan. An assessment (Task 3) to evaluate the impact of the campaign implemented on the basis of sociological research.
A successful bidder must cover the full scope of required services. Partial proposals are not permitted.
Conflict of Interest Restriction:
The contractor awarded under this tender shall not be eligible to participate in any subsequent tender related to the development and/or implementation of the communication campaign arising from or based on the results of this assignment.
