⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hiroyasu Kitagawa, the Chief Director, Japan Health Insurance Association

⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : Rental of media checking terminals and peripheral equipment
⑷ Commission period : as in the specifications
⑸ Delivery place : as in the specifications
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under the Article 30 of the Japan Health Insurance Association Order concerning the accounts regulations
② Not come under the Article 31 of the Japan Health Insurance Association Order concerning the accounts regulations
③ Possess the Grade A or Grade B in "Service" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in fiscal year 2025, 2026, and 2027
④ Prove to have the ability to provide sufficient service with certainty
⑤ Prove to have no false statement in tendering application forms or attached documents
⑥ Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating
⑦ Being the person who does not take compensation for damages request from Japan Health Insurance Association
⑧ Do not come out of Japan Health Insurance Association during a period taking a nomination stop about duties
⑨ Prove to have a track record of conducting regular monthly inspections of terminals at locations throughout Japan
⑩ Prove to have a track record of providing on-site or remote maintenance services at locations throughout Japan
⑪ Other things depend on the Bid Instructions
