The Department of Finance (Finance) is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from all interested parties (Respondents) regarding market capabilities and insight from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents about a modern Commercial Off-The-Shelf Claims Management and Insurance Administration System.Finance is seeking information from Respondents about:· what is possible with modern claims management, insurance and risk SaaS products· what is common out of the box in the market· what product patterns exist for an integrated claims management, insurance, risk and reporting solution, and· what is realistic to deliver with no custom development.This RFI is not a tender and does not seek binding offers.
