Renovations to approximately 36,385 SF on the second and third floors of the Student Services Building to replace the University Scholarship and Financial Aid Suite. The work includes, but may not be limited to, demolition and installation of new gypsum wall board assemblies, flooring, suspended acoustic tile ceilings, paint, casework, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
