Il s'agit d'un accord cadre allotis en 1 lot à prix unitaires. L'accord-cadre sans minimum et avec un maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 a R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il sera conclu avec un seul opérateur économique et donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande
