Dear Bidder,
The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.

The EA will identify data gaps, recommend improvements, and strengthen planning and learning to support more meaningful contributions to Iraq’s economic sector.
It will assess the project’s log frame and its logic linking activities, outputs, objectives, risks, and assumptions; examine causal linkages with the DWCP/CPO; review definitions, key evaluation questions, methodologies, and baseline preparations; evaluate partner organizations’ M&E capacities and resource arrangements; and highlight both good practices and specific adjustments needed to enhance the overall M&E system and ensure effective performance.
