Description
The subject of this Procurement Proposal is the Earthnet Data Assessment Project 2 (EDAP). Its objectives will be achieved throughthe provision of clusters of expertise in various domains. Specific focus is also being put on capacity-building in the relevant data providers and community with the setup and evolution of existing/new documentation, tools, procedures and Cal/Val sites - in-situdata with a view to allowing data quality assessments in all of the domains of expertise defined within this activity. The domains ofexpertise of EDAP will keep covering Very High and High-Resolution multispectral sensors (including Thermal infrared and Hyperspectral), Very High and High-Resolution SAR sensors, Atmospheric sensors, GNSS - Radio Occultation and Reflectometry sensors, AIS andRFsensors and Digital Elevation Models (DEM).
