⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Seiichi Matsuo, Chancellor, National University Corporation, Tokai National Higher Education and Research System

⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be rented : Laparoscopic Surgical Video System 1 Set
⑷ Rental period : From 1 August, 2026 through 31 July, 2031
⑸ Rental place : The places specified by Chancellor
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 3 and 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National University Corporation Tokai National Higher Education and Research System,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2026, 2027, in the Tokai・Hokuriku area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by National University Corporation Tokai National Higher Education and Research System,
C prove to have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with The Law on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, to initiate business of leasing medical appliances,
D prove to have the ability to rent the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be rent by a third party, prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the rent products,
E meet the qualification requirements which Chancellor, National University Corporation, Tokai National Higher Education and Research System may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation,
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Chancellor, National University Corporation, Tokai National Higher Education and Research System.
