Description
Das Projekt umfasst die Asbestsanierung und den Abbruch des Gebäudes «Miliangos» sowie die Errichtung eines Neubaus für die Aktivitäten der Militärpolizei (MPW) und das Medizinische Zentrum der Region (MZR). Umgebungsarbeiten und ein Hundezwinger vervollständigen das Projekt. Die Volumetrie des L-förmigen, zweistöckigen Neubaus ist gut lesbar und kompakt. Er fügt sich gut in den Standort ein und ist auf die verschiedenen Benutzer ausgerichtet. Von der Grösse her passt das Gebäude zum Waffenplatz und unterstreicht so seine Verbindung mit ihm. Da es den Standard Minergie-P-ECO anstrebt, wird auf erneuerbare Energien gesetzt und für das Tragwerk kommen umweltfreundliche Materialien wie Holz zum Einsatz.
