a)
Conclusion of contract by negotiation (technical proposal (90%) and price
quotation (10%)).

The Company with a high overall score has priority of negotiation.
c)
Bidders that receive less than 85 out of 100 points at the technical proposal evaluation shall be disqualified from negotiations.
d)
Bidders must submit a price below the budget(Where the expected maximum price is prepared, the expected maximum price;) limit, and if it exceeds this, the bidders shall be disqualified from negotiations.

b)
Anyone whose qualifications to participate in the bidding are restricted by an international organization or a foreign government, or who have been declared ineligible for a contract, or those who have been sanctioned for the same, cannot participate in the bidding.
c)
According to domestic and foreign laws and regulations, a person convicted of a bribery-related crime cannot participate in the bidding.
d)
In accordance with the

manpower field), two (2) copies of documentary evidence, two (2) soft copies (in USB / PDF format) of the Proposal and the documentary evidence.
