Management Development trajecten gaat over medewerkers van Defensie die willen groeien naar een leidinggevende functie of naar een hoger echelon binnen Defensie. Dat betekent dat in deze selecties de beoordelingsaspecten leider
schap en gedrevenheid een bijzondere plek innemen.
Het betreft de volledige uitbesteding van Psychologische Assessments ten behoeve van MD trajecten, waarbij optimaal gebruik wordt gemaakt van de expertise in de markt.
