Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers. The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Accessible Pathways at Kuluin SS, located at 41-67 Tallow Wood Dr, Kuluin QLD 4558, as part of the Ed4All (ED4ALL) program. The new covered pathways will join the Hall link, to the administration building and to the spine of the school. The works include, ramps, stairs, balustrade, screening and covered structures. The works are to be completed by November 2026. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00 Minimum PQC Level 2 Eligibility required. Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for that PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited. QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) buildersโ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract. Submissions close on 14/05/2026 at 3:00pm via email to tenders@honeywill.com.au
