General procurement notice Ukraine 01.04.2026 01.10.2026 The grant recipient – Domanivka Village Council, through the Municipal Utility Company “Domanivske”, which is fully owned by the Village of Domanivka, intends to announce tender for the procurement of works, goods and services under the Project: “Recovery of Water Supply from well of the village of Zbroshkove to the village of Domanivka with reconstruction of external networks” (the “Project”). Project and relevant procurement will be financed by the grant funds provided by the Government of Denmark through DMFA, administered by the fund manager and development partner – NEFCO, as well as with co-financing from the Domanivka Village Council. The Project will improve environmental conditions and living standards for more than 6,000 residents, including internally displaced persons (IDPs), who will gain access to a reliable and sustainable water supply. The Project aims to ensure the supply of drinking water to Domanivka village through the construction of a main water pipeline from Zbroshkove village within the Domanivka community, along with the overall modernization of the community’s water supply system. The procurement of works, goods, and services is expected to be announced in the second quarter of 2026. Interested contractors are encouraged to follow the upcoming tender notices in accordance with NEFCO procurement procedures.
