The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is committed to promoting humane and orderly migration through its partnerships with governments, intergovernmental institutions, and civil society. To continue strengthening its internal leadership, external leadership engagement, as well as overall organizational effectiveness the Department of Human Resources (DHR), in coordination with the Executive Office, seeks to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with one or more consultancy firms specializing in the following: 1. Leadership Development 2. Strategic Leadership Support 3. Organizational Change The Long-term Agreement will be established for an initial period of three (3) years, with possible extension subject to satisfactory performance and institutional requirements. IOM reserves the right to enter into LTAs with more than one supplier and the right to split the award of contracts among the LTA holders if it is in the best interests of IOM.
