zie selectieleidraad o Perceel 1 focust op de organisatie van een remote sensing programma om verkeer te capteren op strategische plaatsen op het hoofdwegennet. Het betreft voornamelijk wegen met meerdere rijstroken, een zeer hoog verkeersvolume en hoge maximumsnelheden tot 120 km/u (waarbij de effectieve snelheden nog hoger kunnen liggen). o Het doel van dit perceel is om een zeer groot volume metingen te genereren die representatief zijn voor de emissieprestaties van voertuigen, voornamelijk op snelwegen en ringwegen.
