⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 3 and 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National University Corporation Tokai National Higher Education and Research System,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2026 in the Tokai・Hokuriku area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by National University Corporation Tokai National Higher Education and Research System,
C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products,
D meet the qualification requirements which Chancellor, National University Corporation, Tokai National Higher Education and Research System may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation,
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Chancellor, National University Corporation, Tokai National Higher Education and Research System.
