Chamada Pública tem por objevo a seleção de instuição privada, com ou sem fins lucravos, que comprovem experiência em projetos de eficiência energéca e enquadrem-se nas atividades desenvolvidas por Empresas de Serviços de Conservação de Energia – ESCOs, Empresas de Engenharia ou Fabricantes de Equipamentos para elaboração de projetos simplificados (pré-diagnóscos energécos), projetos integrais (diagnóscos energécos), de medição e verificação, bem como, a realização e eventuais implementação.
