Predmetom zákazky je rekonštrukcia verejného osvetlenia mesta Zlaté Moravce, ktorej cieľom je zvýšenie energetickej efektívnosti a tiež zlepšenie faktického stavu verejného osvetlenia, s účelom využitia možnosti realizácie vybraných opatrení na základe zmluvy o energetickej efektívnosti pre verejný sektor podľa osobitného predpisu - zákona č. 321/2014 Z. z. o energetickej efektívnosti a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov.
