Description

This preโ€‘market engagement is being undertaken to understand current market capability in delivering specialist physiotherapy services for student sport, to explore potential delivery models, and to refine the scope prior to issuing any formal Invitation to Tender (ITT). Participation in this engagement will not provide any supplier with an advantage in any future procurement process.
Through this engagement the University aims to:
โ€ข Understand supplier capacity and capability to provide physiotherapy services, including injury prevention, rehabilitation, performance support, and pitchโ€‘side first aid throughout the competitive season.
โ€ข Explore different delivery approaches, staffing models, clinical frameworks, and digital systems that suppliers would recommend for a university sports environment.
โ€ข Identify any risks, constraints, operational considerations, or interdependencies that the University should address early in the process.
โ€ข Use supplier insight to refine the service model, draft scope, and the final ITT specification and evaluation approach.
