โข Elaborate the Framework: Expand the existing high-level strategic axes into concrete, actionable measures.
โข Contextualize Strategies: Adapt the policy to reflect South Sudanโs specific social and economic realities.
โข Prioritize Actions: Identify which interventions will be most effective for job creation and scale up existing successful programs.
โข Conduct Stakeholder Consultations: Meet with national ministries, worker and employer representatives, and international partners (like the World Bank and UN) to gather input.
โข Ensure Policy Alignment: Align the new measures with the broader national development agenda and existing frameworks.
โข Finalize the NEP: Support the final formulation of the National Employment Policy to move it toward official adoption.
Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
