Description
Brief Description of the Contract: The objective of this initial Study is to develop a structure for implementation of the Performance Initiative (PI) under the West African Power Pool (WAPP) and to enhance the WAPP to operate as a platform for support to transmission and distribution system operators. Within this context, the PI shall identify and finance investment projects for performance improvements of national utilities, as well as complementary training.
