The work to be done under this Contract consists of curbside waste and compost collection within the City of Winkler fromJanuary 1, 2027, to December 31, 2029. This is a 3 year contract with a possible 2-year extension.The City of Winkler currently provides residential curbside waste and compost collection services to approximately 4,545 households (based on the 2026 household count). This figure is provided for general information and planning purposes.
