UNDP Bhutan is seeking a proposal from the national (Bhutanese) consulting firm forthe Development of National Framework for Flood Mitigation and Adaptation to Strengthen Flood Resilience in Bhutan.Enhancing risk-informed planning, data-driven decision making and early warning system for disaster-resilient urban infrastructure in major cities of Bhutan (DRIP).Please find below a brief objectives and scope of the assignment, you are encouraged to review the attached terms of reference for more details.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
