Creative Australia is the Australian Government’s principal arts investment and advisory body. We require an IT Service Management software tool to enable seamless incident and request management, empower users through automation and self-service, and provide the functionality and data needed to effectively manage and improve delivery of IT services across Creative Australia’s multi-vendor environment.
