If you are interested in submitting a bid in response to this ITB:
1. Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by completing and returning the Letter of Intent in Annex A, indicating your intention to submit a bid or not, no later than 4:00pm of Monday, May 4, 2026.
2.
Please submit any requests for clarification no later than 4:00pm of Thursday, April 30, 2026.
3. Please prepare your bid in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in this ITB and submit it no later than 1:30pm of Friday, May 8, 2026.
All WHO vendors are required to comply with the United Nations Supplier Code of Conduct.
We encourage all Proposers to join the United Nations Global Compact and support the Womenโs Empowerment Principles (WEP).
