Description
Upphandling avser ett webbaserat dokumentationssystem/verksamhetssystem som ska användas inom AB Soloms verksamheter för att dokumentera, hantera och strukturera information om beställarens boende/kunder (“brukare”). Systemet benämns i upphandlingen som ett journalsystem. De användningsområden som framgår av avsnitt 1.1.5 Nulägesbeskrivning ska täckas även av det nya journalsystemet. Journalsystemet ska levereras som en SaaS-tjänst (Software as a service), det vill säga ett helhetsåtagande gällande hela leveransen, inkluderande implementering, licenser, drift, uppdateringar, säkerhet, support och access.
