Description
Providers must propose a structured learning program outlining the number, duration and sequencing of learning activities, with sufficient scope to support ongoing capability development across the delivery period and all identified capability streams. The Provider will also be responsible for the operational administration required to support effective delivery of the formal learning component, including coordination, logistics, and graduate communications.Capabilities are to be contemporary, relevant to the Department and the Australian Public Service (APS), and appropriate for graduate employees. Related capability areas have been consolidated into five capability streams. These streams represent the capabilities to be developed through the program and may be delivered in an order and sequence determined by the Provider as part of the learning design.Further details listed in attached approach to market documentation.
