1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest pełnienie funkcji Nadzoru Inwestorskiego nad realizacją zadania inwestycyjnego pn. „Modernizacja, rozbudowa i remont oczyszczalni ścieków w Nowym Targu”, prowadzonego przez MZWiK Nowy Targ Sp. z o.o. w formule „projektuj i buduj” (P+B), w ramach projektu FEnIKS pn. „Rozbudowa i modernizacja Gospodarki Ściekowej w Nowym Targu – III Etap” (umowa o dofinansowanie nr FENX.01.03-IW.01-0059/25). 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, zakres obowiązków Nadzoru Inwestorskiego, wymagania dotyczące sprawozdawczości oraz standardy świadczenia usługi zawiera Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ) stanowiący Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ, a także Wzór Umowy, stanowiący Załącznik nr 4. Podstawą techniczną dla robót budowlanych jest Program Funkcjonalno-Użytkowy (PFU) – w formule P+B pełni on funkcję równoważną projektowi budowlanemu i specyfikacjom technicznym wykonania i odbioru robót. 3. Wymagany termin realizacji zamówienia: do dnia 31 grudnia 2029 r.
