Selection of the Successful Bidders : a) Conclusion of contract by negotiation (technical proposal (90%) and price quotation (10%)). b) The Company with a high overall score has priority of negotiation. c) Bidders that receive less than 85 out of 100 points at the technical proposal evaluation shall be disqualified from negotiations. d) Bidders must submit a price below the budget( Where the expected maximum price is prepared, the expected maximum price;) limit, and if it exceeds this, the bidders shall be disqualified from negotiations. e) Conc lusion of contract by negotiation .
